3) How we collect it

  • Directly from you during registration, KYC/verification, deposits/withdrawals, customer support, surveys, or when you set limits or exclusions.
  • Automatically via cookies, SDKs, and server logs when you use the Services.

4) Why we use your information (Purposes)

We use your information to:

  • Provide the Services: create/manage accounts, enable gameplay, process payments/withdrawals, deliver support.
  • Safety, security & integrity: identity verification (KYC), AML/CTF and sanctions screening, fraud and abuse prevention, account security (including 2FA), dispute handling.
  • Responsible gaming: offer reality checks, limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion; monitor for risky patterns and provide tailored safer-play messaging.
  • Legal & regulatory compliance: licensing and audit obligations, record-keeping, tax and accounting.
  • Service improvement & analytics: troubleshoot, prevent outages, optimize UX, measure performance.
  • Marketing & communications (optional): send offers and updates about our Services or carefully selected partners (you may opt out at any time).
  • Enforcement: protect our rights and those of users, investigate breaches, comply with lawful requests.
  • We only collect, use, and disclose information for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, as required by PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws.

We rely on your consent for certain activities (e.g., marketing emails/SMS, some cookies; where required for KYC image capture). You can withdraw consent at any time—this won’t affect processing already performed but may limit features.
Your choices include:

  • Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe links in messages or via Profile → Communications, or email support.
  • Cookies: adjust browser settings or our on-site preference tools. Essential cookies are required for core functionality.
  • Responsible-gaming controls: set limits, time-outs, or self-exclude in Profile or through Support.

  • Strictly necessary cookies for login, security, fraud-prevention, and load balancing.
  • Functional & analytics cookies to remember preferences and measure site performance.
  • Advertising/attribution technologies to understand campaign effectiveness (if you have consented where required).
  • You can manage cookies in your browser and via our cookie banner (where available). Blocking certain cookies may reduce site functionality.

7) Disclosures and international transfers

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers/processors under contract (e.g., KYC/AML, payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics, anti-fraud, customer support, email delivery, game providers).
  • Regulators and competent authorities where required by law or licensing conditions.
  • Banks/payment networks for transactions, chargebacks, or investigations.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under duty of confidentiality.
  • Other operators and relevant entities where we reasonably suspect fraud, cheating, self-exclusion circumvention, or criminal activity.

Your information may be transferred outside of Canada (including to Curaçao, the EU/EEA, the United States, and other locations where our or our vendors’ systems operate). We use contractual protections and safeguards required by Canadian privacy law (e.g., confidentiality, purpose limitation, and security obligations). However, foreign laws may permit access by foreign authorities.

8) Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, network segmentation, access controls (principle of least privilege), 2FA options, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and device security.

9) Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, to meet legal, regulatory, tax, and AML/CTF obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention ranges:

  • KYC/AML & transaction records: minimum periods required by applicable laws and licensing (often several years after account closure).
  • Marketing preferences & consent logs: while active and for a period needed to demonstrate compliance.
  • Support and gameplay logs: for operational needs and dispute timeframes.
  • When no longer required, we will securely delete, de-identify, or aggregate the data.

10) Your rights (Canada)

Subject to limited exceptions, you may:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request corrections of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Withdraw consent to optional processing (e.g., marketing).

Our Services are not intended for or directed at persons below the legal gambling age in their province/territory (18 or 19, as applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

12) Automated decisions & profiling

We use limited automated tools for fraud-prevention, AML screening, account security, and responsible-gaming risk detection. These tools may affect access to certain features or trigger requests for additional verification. You can contact Support to request a human review of an automated outcome where required by law.

13) Third-party sites and services

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including game studios, payment providers, affiliates). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing personal information.
