Bonus Terms (Canada)

1) General Eligibility & Scope

One (1) bonus offer per person, household, IP/device, email, payment method, or account.

You must be 18+ (or the legal age in your province/territory) and have a verified Betflare account.

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promo, these Bonus Terms apply to all bonuses, free spins (FS), and cashback.

Max cashout from no-deposit bonuses (incl. sign-up FS): C$70. Any winnings above C$70 will be forfeited.

Global cap for no-deposit offers: up to 5× the bonus amount may be converted to real money; any excess is removed prior to withdrawal.

Bonus Shop no-deposit items: max conversion 5× bonus; FS from the Shop are capped at C$70 withdrawable.

To continue playing without the C$70 cap after you’ve claimed/converted a no-deposit win, you must make a new real-money deposit before requesting further withdrawals.

3) Deposit Bonuses

Unless the promotion states otherwise, wagering requirement is 40× the bonus amount.

Max conversion / cashout from deposit-bonus winnings: 5× the granted bonus (e.g., C$200 bonus → max C$1,000 withdrawable from that bonus). Any excess is voided before withdrawal.

Max bet while wagering any bonus: C$7 per spin/round (or currency equivalent shown in the game).

Validity: Bonuses expire 10 days after activation; any remaining bonus funds and related derivatives are removed.

4) Free Spins (FS)

Unless specified otherwise, winnings from FS are credited as bonus funds and must be wagered 40× before withdrawal.

FS caps (per promotion):

Max credited to your bonus balance from FS: C$140.

Max convertible to real balance from FS: C$140.

Max withdrawable after conversion of FS winnings: C$140.
Amounts above these limits are forfeited.

FS are commonly issued in daily sets (e.g., 25 per 24h) and remain active 24 hours after each set is credited (see promo page).

5) Bonus Stacking, Activation & Cancellation

Only one (1) active bonus at a time. Deposit bonuses are not cumulative.

A withdrawal request cancels any unused (not yet activated) bonuses on your account.

You may decline or cancel any bonus before completing its wagering.

6) Withdrawing Before Completion

You may withdraw at any time; however, if you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, both the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed. Remaining real-money funds (if any) can be withdrawn.

7) Balance Order of Play

While a bonus is active, your withdrawable (real) balance is used first, then bonus funds.

8) Prohibited/Abusive Play (Examples)

To keep play fair, the following are not allowed when a bonus is active. If detected, Betflare may void bonuses and winnings and/or close your account:

Delaying any game round (incl. FS/bonus features) to a later time when you have no wagering left.

Parking large bets on the table (e.g., Blackjack) and returning after wagering to resolve them.

Building in-game value (e.g., collecting features) with bonus funds, then cashing out the value during real-money play.

Any attempt to exploit bugs, malfunctions, or software loopholes.

Making new deposits while FS/bonus features are banked and not yet played, then using them post-wager.

Important: Delaying any game round or bonus feature to a time when you no longer have wagering, and/or depositing while such features are pending, is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to confiscation of all winnings from the bonus.

9) Game Contribution to Wagering

Unless otherwise stated on the promo page, the following contribution rules apply:

10) Cashback (Weekly)

Accrual: % of net losses (losses minus credited bonuses, withdrawals, and last week’s cashback).

Minimum cashback credit: C$1.45.

Wagering: 20× the cashback amount.

Max conversion/cashout: up to 10× the granted cashback (excess forfeited).

Max bet while wagering cashback: C$7.

11) Technical & Security

Betflare may run security/KYC reviews at any time to validate registration data, gameplay, and payments in line with AML obligations.

12) Changes & Governance

Betflare may amend or update promotions and/or these Bonus Terms at any time.

Where there is any discrepancy between a promotional page and these Bonus Terms, these Bonus Terms prevail (unless the promo explicitly states otherwise).
